YOUTH ENGAGED IN LEADERSHIP & LEARNING

Every year Cornerstone School conducts Youth Engaged in Leadership and Learning (YELL) Program. The objective was to build up team synergy, boost participation, crystal clear verbal communication leading to the assigned tasks with high spirits of commitment and dedication. Our ten proposed management tips were based upon how to become a great leader and build strong relationship with others around. The activity we conducted was aimed to support each other and accomplish tasks and objectives.

The also students grasped the features of effective communication well. It is essential for a leader to hear what is unsaid by his mates. The students participated in blindfold activity. They realized that in order to find meaning and truth in life, they must place a blindfold on and observe their surroundings; only to find it right in front of them.
